PRIVATE PILOT TERMS
This page summarizes the current owner-testing and private-pilot boundary. A signed pilot or subscription agreement will control when an outside organization is formally onboarded.
Access is currently offered to named pilot organizations for evaluation and feedback. Pilot availability, included capabilities, support, and duration are confirmed directly during onboarding.
Each organization is responsible for choosing its authorized users and ensuring their use of MC Trade information follows the organization’s policies and applicable agreements.
Customer workspaces begin with reviewed read-only capabilities. The private pilot does not authorize ChatGPT to send email, modify MC Trade records, or perform another external write unless a separate capability is explicitly reviewed and enabled.
The product is designed to ground answers in MC Trade tool results, but users remain responsible for reviewing material decisions, communications, financial conclusions, and official reporting.
The pilot is provided without a production service-level agreement. ChamberPages monitors the hosted services and will communicate known material incidents through the pilot support relationship.
The organization retains responsibility for its MC Trade data and credentials. ChamberPages uses that data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the organization’s configured service.
