SERVICE TERMS

These terms govern use of ChamberPages Intelligence. You must be authorized by the organization whose workspace you access and use the service only for legitimate association or chamber operations. A signed order form, pilot agreement, or subscription agreement may add customer-specific terms and controls if it expressly says it overrides this page.
Customers are responsible for choosing administrators and staff, maintaining accurate account information, protecting sign-in access, promptly removing former users, and configuring the MC Trade data and capabilities their team may use. Users may not share accounts or attempt to access another organization's workspace.
The customer represents that it is authorized to connect its MC Trade account and permit ChamberPages to process the selected data through the official interface. ChamberPages is an independent service and is not endorsed by OpenAI, Personify, WebLink, or MC Trade unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Customer workspaces begin with governed read capabilities. A workspace administrator may separately enable limited reviewed actions. An external write requires the published write annotation, required permission, a server-issued preview, explicit user approval, idempotent execution, and post-write verification. The current service does not send email, process payments, delete MC Trade records, or silently execute a write.
The service is designed to ground answers in authorized MC Trade evidence and disclose important completeness limits. Customers remain responsible for reviewing material decisions, official reports, member communications, financial conclusions, and any proposed or completed action. ChamberPages is an operational assistant, not an accounting, legal, tax, or financial-advice service.
Do not use the service to violate law, another person's rights, OpenAI policies, or an upstream provider's terms; bypass access controls or rate limits; upload restricted credentials or regulated data the service is not designed to process; probe another tenant; or use returned information outside the customer's authorized business purpose.
The customer retains its rights in customer data. The customer grants ChamberPages the limited right to process that data to provide, secure, monitor, and support the configured service. ChamberPages does not sell customer data or use one customer's records to answer another customer's questions. Data handling is described in the published Privacy Policy.
Any fees, included capabilities, usage limits, and renewal terms are stated in the customer's order form or subscription agreement. ChatGPT, MC Trade, internet access, and other third-party services may require separate accounts and are governed by their providers' terms. Purchases and subscription changes occur outside the ChatGPT plugin.
ChamberPages monitors the hosted service and works to restore material interruptions, but no uninterrupted or error-free service is promised unless a signed agreement includes a service level. We may make backward-compatible improvements and may suspend a capability that creates a security, legal, or reliability risk. Material contract or data-use changes will be communicated through the website or customer relationship.
A customer may stop using the service and request workspace deletion through support. ChamberPages may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the service or another customer. On termination, access ends and customer data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and any controlling written agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond those stated in a signed agreement. Neither party is responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the service.
