This private-pilot notice explains the product’s current data boundaries in plain language. Customer-specific commitments will also be reflected in the applicable pilot or subscription agreement.
The service processes authenticated workspace identity, tenant configuration, compact operational metadata, and the MC Trade records needed to answer an authorized question. It does not use one customer’s data to answer another customer’s question.
Credentials are verified through the secure connection workflow and stored in Azure Key Vault. Plaintext credentials are not placed in the product database, model context, audit records, or application logs.
The platform retains tenant configuration, explicit access policy, compact tool-call audit metadata, and privacy-minimized synchronization evidence. It does not retain ChatGPT conversation bodies or raw MC Trade API payloads in the product database.
The private pilot uses Microsoft Azure for the application and managed data services, Auth0 for authentication, Vercel for the product website and authenticated portal, and OpenAI ChatGPT as the user-selected conversational client.
An organization administrator can request correction, export, connection rotation, suspension, or deletion through the pilot support contact. Requests are verified before tenant data or credentials are changed.
The private pilot will evolve as participating organizations provide feedback. Material changes to data access, write capabilities, or subprocessors will be reviewed before they are enabled for a customer workspace.
